Ventura provides training, recruitment and HR support to the travel, events and hospitality industries.  Established in 1998 by Michelle Ramsey, owner and director, the business has prospered through establishing and maintaining an outstanding reputation for delivering over and above what clients, candidates and delegates expect.

We operate across the length and breadth of the country.  We are an accredited provider for NCFE qualifications and work closely with the Association for Conference and Events (ACE) and the Tourism Training Organisation.
