Working toward the NCFE Level 3 Event Management qualification across six months has allowed me to acquire a plethora of skills relating to my work in the events industry; concentrating on a unique range of modules exploring areas such as event feasibility, Human Resource Planning, Health and Safety, Market Research and Finance.

The course is simultaneously demanding and thoroughly rewarding and has allowed me to develop my skills and understanding of the world of events, whilst also allowing me to display my creativity in the presentation of my portfolio. I feel now that my knowledge relating to my field has been provided a "backbone", through the expertise of the tutors Michelle, Leonie, Colin and Margot.

I studied the Diploma for Tour Guides with Ventura Training and it gave me a good grounding of relevant issues that relate to the work of a Tour Manager.
