The training is led by people who have been there and done it themselves and can bring real experience to the scenarios. It's better to learn how to avoid problems in this setting than on the ground dealing with an important customer.
Some companies use our programmes time and again, training new recruits as they join or bringing groups of employees up to new service levels.
